Our Simple Estate Planning Process

Reach out to us to set up a time for an initial consultation.
Fill out our estate intake form and return it to us with your retainer payment. We accept forms via physical mail or email and retainer payments via check or secure credit card payment.
We will send you drafts of your documents for approval, generally within two weeks of receiving your completed intake form, signed engagement letter, and retainer payment.
Once you approve your drafts, we will discuss the best method to execute and notarize your documents properly.
